Jesture – Planter 1 Grey

The carnival landscape of Jesture pays homage
to both the ancient and the outsider.
Martyn Thompson brings with him an extensive
new body of work including vessels stacked like
columns, planters, plaques and oversized hand
thrown vases hand painted in an array of metallic
and earthy tones synonymous with his often
romantic, ethereal and abstract aesthetic. The
collection includes one-off pieces painted by
Thompson as well as pieces created in
collaboration with the expert craftspeople at
1882 Ltd.’s factory.
